In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify me no later than 48 hours before your scheduled service.

Cancellation Policy

Failure to notify me within 48 hours will incur a nonrefundable fee.

Fee will be 50% of service you cancelled.

No shows will not be allowed to rebook.

Late Arrival Policy

If you are delayed in your arrival, please remember to call the salon (407)650-1811 to let me know.

Any late arrivals, more than 15 minutes, may need rescheduling and can incur a nonrefundable fee 50% of service cost.

New Client Policy

For all new and existing clients, a credit card will need to be added to your online booking profile.

Cancellation or rescheduling of appointment must be confirmed 48 hours before service to avoid cancellation fee (50% of service booked).
